The latest version of the MyADSE app, released in October 2019, now includes additional essential features: revamped Digital Card, reimbursement status, limits in the free regime, and a summary of healthcare expenses and deductions.

Functionality that remains includes: reimbursement payment alerts, data updates, ADSE Network search, reimbursement simulations, Frequently Asked Questions, and contacts.

• This version incorporates several new features, improvements, and fixes that make it more useful, comprehensive, consistent, and user-friendly. Various enhancements and simplifications have been implemented based on user feedback and suggestions.

FUNCTIONALITIES

Regarding new functionalities, the app now allows policyholders to:

• Easily use the ADSE Digital Card even without an internet connection ("Digital Card")
• Check the status of their reimbursement requests, payment dates, and amounts ("Reimbursement Requests")
• Review the limits applicable to healthcare under the free regime per beneficiary of the household ("Limits in the Free Regime")
• View a summary of healthcare expenses and deductions ("Global Position")

The app continues to enable users to:

• Receive personalized messages, including reimbursement payment alerts
• Easily update personal data for their family unit such as email, address, phone number, IBAN, and identification documents
• Find healthcare providers in the ADSE Network near their location
• Simulate the reimbursement amount for healthcare in the free regime
• Access clarifications through the Frequently Asked Questions section
• Identify key contacts at ADSE, I.P.
